Solution Focussed Hypnotherapy is a therapy that combines psychotherapy, neuroscience and hypnosis.
We focus on the solutions, what you want to achieve and moving forward, rather than the problem that brought you to therapy in the first place.

(It’s a great therapy for people who struggle to open up or talk about the past)

In our sessions you will learn how the mind works and how to use it to your advantage. We’ll build a clear vision of the future you desire and I will challenge any negative beliefs and limitations that may be holding you back.

We will then use hypnosis to enhance all of the work we have done in the session so you continue to feel the benefits between sessions. 

When you’re in a trance state, your mind can relax, explore and utilise ideas and solutions discussed for positive benefit. It is a very relaxing experience which is encouraged by using guided relaxation.

Hypnosis is a natural state of consciousness and completely safe, you are in control at all times and will not accept or do anything against your free will.

Some people will drift off into a light sleep, some people say their body feels heavy and relaxed while others say they feel like they’re in a bit of a daydream.

There is no right or wrong way of being in trance and will be a different experience for each person
